We understand sorting out insurance, bills and payment processes can be confusing, and we know financial concerns can affect you, your family and your ability to recover from your medical condition. If you need information regarding an amount you owe, please do not hesitate to call Community Health Partners at (559) 230-8500. For hospital-based care (inpatient physician care and/or anesthesia), please call (559) 603-7304. We will work with you and your provider’s office to address any issues you may have.
Patients with an active MyChart account will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing — a more secure, convenient and eco-friendly way to view and pay your bills online.
MyChart users don't need to opt in
When a new bill is available, you’ll be alerted through email or your MyChart account. You can pay your bill or set up a payment plan using MyChart on mobile or desktop, or by using Community Health System’s MyHealthMate mobile app.
If you still wish to receive a paper bill, don't worry — you can log in to MyChart to update your preferences and opt back in at any time.
SMS text messaging now available for bill pay
Receive estimates and statements, pay your bills or schedule a payment plan — from your texts! Opt in by texting START to 21508, or by requesting text messages when checking in at your next appointment.
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 21508. Depending on your mobile phone plan, message and data rates may apply.
