Sandeep Kaur Chouhan, FNP, is a certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in family medicine and urgent care. Sandeep received her Master of Science in Nursing from University California, San Diego. In addition to her role at Community Urgent Care, Sandeep is a licensed Department of Transportation provider and offers medical services at the Fresno County Jail. Her expertise includes managing worker’s compensation cases, making medication recommendations and providing therapeutic treatments, such as physical therapy, acupuncture, and related procedures. Sandeep is dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of her patients by having the ability to communicate fluently in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
