Noorie Pednekar, M.D., is board-certified in neurology with specialized expertise in vascular neurology. She earned her medical degree from Russian State Medical University in Moscow, Russia and completed her neurology residency at Westchester Medical Center, affiliated with New York Medical College. Dr. Pednekar further advanced her training with a fellowship in vascular neurology at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

Currently. Dr. Pednekar is pursuing a Master of Management in Clinical Informatics at Duke University, with an expected graduation in July 2025. Before joining Community Health Partners, she served as stroke director and chief of the neurology clinic at Carson Tahoe Medical Center.

Dr. Pednekar is deeply committed to providing exceptional patient care, addressing not only their health conditions but also their broader concerns. She has given numerous presentations on stroke care, aiming to raise awareness and educate the Central Valley community. In addition to being fluent in English and Hindi, she speaks Marathi. In her free time, Dr. Pednekar enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
