Brittany Cox, MSPAS, PA-C, is originally from Colorado but moved to California to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her dedication to patient care led her to Shenandoah University, where she completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2009.

The majority of Brittany’s career as a practicing PA has been in surgical subspecialties, including the majority in adult and pediatric neurosurgery, trauma neurosurgery and neurovascular. These experiences span critical areas of surgical intervention and have allowed her to work alongside many great physicians who have helped her develop the skills necessary to provide top-tier care for her patients.

Beyond clinical practice, Brittany is committed to the education and mentorship of future Physician Assistants. As an adjunct faculty member at nearby PA programs, she actively promotes and believes in excellence in healthcare delivery and loves working with the next generation of qualified healthcare providers.

Outside of medicine, Brittany enjoys exploring the outdoors and experiencing nature’s wonders. She also enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, savoring a good cup of coffee and continuously expanding her knowledge base.
