Arianna Lopez Perez, M.D., was born and raised in Valencia, Venezuela. She received her medical degree from the Universidad de Carabobo in Venezuela. Dr. Perez completed her internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas, and her residency and fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.

Dr. Perez is board-certified in internal medicine and endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. She was awarded as an outstanding clinical resident in internal medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and the Endocrine Society.

When she is not practicing medicine, Dr. Perez can be found hiking, biking or just relaxing with her family. Dr. Perez is fluent in English and Spanish.
