Dr. Ahmad Emami has been a long-time provider in the Central Valley. He received his medical degree from Mashhad University of Medicine in Mashhad, Iran. Afterward, he completed a one-year pediatrics internship at the University of California San Francisco – Fresno Program at Valley Children’s Hospital. Following his internship, he completed his family practice residency at the University of California San Francisco – Fresno.
Dr. Emami has an active role within the Central Valley community. He is a member of the Fresno Madera Medical Society, California Medical Society and the California Academy of Family Physicians. He has served on the boards of the Fresno Blood Bank and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Fresno, where he participated in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Man of the Year fundraiser.
With strong ties to his Iranian roots, Dr. Emami co-founded and is an active member of the Iranian Cultural Society of Fresno. He is fluent in Farsi.
At his practice, he enjoys caring for patients in all stages of life, from children to adults. He finds helping patients to be both very rewarding and satisfying.
During his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and friends and traveling to various locations.
