Dr. Waters graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology and Physiology and received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency at UCSF Fresno Family and Community Medicine, where she was chief resident.

Dr. Waters believes that medicine is a partnership between physician and patient. It takes genuine collaboration to make the best outcomes for health. As a family medicine provider, she enjoys truly caring for the whole family.

When she is not practicing medicine, Dr. Waters enjoys camping, hiking and cooking. She also enjoys just spending time at home with her husband, two young children and their cat.
